Yes. Every print was made in its own day, for a magazine, costume book or travel volume, and is sold as the original sheet. Nothing on this site is a reproduction.
What is a fashion plate?
A fashion plate is an illustration published in a fashion magazine to show the latest styles. From the 1840s to the 1910s the Paris journals issued them weekly or monthly, usually engraved or lithographed and coloured by hand.
Where do the prints ship from?
From Bartele Gallery in Langweer, the Netherlands, flat between rigid boards, insured and tracked, to any country.
Can I return a print?
Yes. You may return any print within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the price, provided it comes back in the condition in which it was sent.
